What Founding Installer Access is, when it starts, and what it costs to keep.

This is Early Access software
C9X PRO is in active development. It does what the offer page shows - it was built for a working lighting company and is used on real jobs - but it is early. Features will change. You will find rough edges. If you need finished, unchanging software, wait for the public launch.
Your account is activated by a person
There is no instant signup. After your payment clears we create your account by hand and email you your login. We aim to do this within one business day of payment, on business days.
If something delays us beyond that, we will tell you rather than let you wonder. If we cannot activate your account at all, you get a full refund.
What is included
One company account for C9X PRO: photo-based measurement, lighting design, estimating against your own price book, customer proposals, and crew work orders. Support is by email, from the people who built it.
Not included: training beyond onboarding, custom development, guaranteed response times, and any integration not already live in the product. CRM integrations are on the roadmap and are not promised on a date.
Your founding price
Founding Installer Access is $499 per year, for the first 25 PAID companies. A seat is secured by a successful first payment — starting a trial does not reserve one. The standard price is $999 per year.
One company, one subscription, the whole product. There is no per-seat pricing and no feature tier.
Your $499 rate holds for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If it lapses and you later return, you return at whatever the price is then. We are not going to raise your rate because the product got better - that is the entire point of buying in early.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current year. Your access runs to the end of the term you paid for. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We can end an account for non-payment or misuse. If we discontinue C9X PRO entirely, we will refund the unused portion of your year.
