What we collect when you enquire

The launch list collects your name, company, email, what kind of lighting you install, and — if you choose to answer — what CRM or field-service software you use today.

The CRM question is there to decide which integration gets built first. That is the only reason we ask, and it is optional.

What we collect when you use the product

Your account details, the photos you upload, the designs you map, your price book, and the customer and property records you create - including your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses where you enter them.

Your customers are not our customers. We do not contact them, market to them, or use their information for anything other than running C9X PRO for you.

Analytics

We measure page views and which buttons get clicked on this page, so we know whether the offer is working. It is aggregate and cookieless - no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiles, and nothing sold to anybody.

Who else processes your data

Vercel hosts the site and the application. Neon stores the database. Vercel Blob stores uploaded photos. Zoho Bigin holds enquiries and customer records. Stripe processes payments - we never see or store your card number.

Each of these processes data on our instruction only. We do not sell personal information to anybody, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as you have an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and accounting. Enquiries that never become customers: up to two years, then deleted.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account deletes your projects, photos and customer records - including any proposals you have shared. Take your exports first.

Requests go through the signup form or by replying to any email from us.

Security, honestly stated

Passwords are stored hashed. Access is scoped so one company can never see another's work. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

Customer proposal links are unguessable, expiring URLs that need no login by design - so that a homeowner can open one. Anyone you send that link to can open it.
