Who you are dealing with

C9X PRO is operated by Obsidian Lynx LLC. Using the software means accepting these terms, the Early Access terms, and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

One account covers one company. Keep your password to yourself and your team; you are responsible for what happens under your login.

Note during Early Access: there is no self-service password reset. If you lose your password, contact us and we will reset it. Change the password we issue you as soon as you sign in.

Your data is yours

The photos you upload, the designs you map, your price book, your customers and your quotes belong to you. We do not sell them, and we do not use your customers' information for anything except running the service for you.

We use your data to operate C9X PRO, and we keep backups. Ask for an export at any time and you will get one.

Photographs of other people's homes

C9X PRO works on photographs of your customers' properties. You are responsible for having the right to upload them, and for anything you agreed with your customer about how their photos and address are handled.

Customer-facing proposal links are unguessable URLs that anyone holding the link can open, and they expire. Treat a proposal link the way you would treat an emailed quote.

What we do not promise

This is Early Access software provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, that it is free of defects, or that any particular feature will exist by any particular date.

Measurements produced from a photograph are estimates. They are good, they are shown with an honest confidence label, and they remain your professional judgement to verify before you commit to a price or cut material. Obsidian Lynx LLC is not liable for a job priced or installed on an unverified measurement.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Obsidian Lynx LLC's total liability for any claim relating to C9X PRO is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses - lost profit, lost business, lost data - beyond that limit.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect, and you may cancel and take a pro-rata refund of the unused year if you do not accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO - state of formation for Obsidian Lynx LLC. Registered address: TODO - registered business address.
