This page reflects our intended commercial terms and has not yet been through final legal review. It will be reviewed and finalised before C9X PRO is offered for sale. If anything here conflicts with the terms presented to you at checkout, the checkout terms govern.

Seven days free, and nothing charged today

C9X PRO starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to begin the trial. You are charged $0 at signup.

At the end of the seven days the annual subscription charges automatically to that card, unless you cancel during the trial. Cancel at any point in those seven days and you are never charged.

Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing

Cancelling during the trial stops the charge from ever being made. There is no cancellation fee and no partial charge.

Annual payments are not refundable

Once an annual subscription payment has been taken it is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. The seven-day trial exists so that you can evaluate C9X PRO fully before any money changes hands.

Cancelling after you have paid

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal; it does not refund the year you are in.

Your access continues for the remainder of the term you paid for. You are not cut off on the day you cancel.

If we discontinue the product

If we stop offering C9X PRO during a year you have paid for, we refund the unused portion of that year without being asked.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it goes to the card used for the payment, through Stripe, normally within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
